HELPING WITH PRACTICAL NEEDS

why we care

helping people

Extreme poverty exists everywhere, especially in developing nations. The bare-essentials such as adequate housing, food, clean water, clothing and basic medical and health care services are often lacking for most people living in these countries. Given this, we have made it a priority to work with our global partners to help improve the quality of life for these marginalized people through feeding programs, medical outreaches, clean water projects, home building, medical outreaches and other humanitarian aid initiatives.

Jesus went through all of the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. | Matthew 9:35-36

Uganda Medical outreach

We will be doing our 5th medical outreach in July 2024 working with several in-country ministry partners to build upon last summer’s outreach where we provided medical, dental, vision and spiritual care to over 2,400 Ugandans living in and around the remote village of Kumel, Uganda. Working closely with the local church, we were able to fund the construction of their own faith based medical clinic which will one day provide affordable, accessible healthcare to these villagers who currently have little to no access to any kind of healthcare.

This outreach provides us with a wonderful opportunity to minister to them with the love and healing power of Jesus using a modern medicine approach. This year we hope to raise $25,000 to purchase much needed medicine, supplies and Bibles for this next outreach.

Help us reach our goal to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of thousands of Ugandans by donating to “Global Medical Outreach” today!

Brazil Clean Water Project

Can you imagine what it would be like to get sick over and over again from the only source of water you can drink from? Water borne bacteria & protozoa infections are way too common for most people living along the Amazon due to poor water quality. We have witnessed first-hand what a little clean water can do to change a life … to change a family and ultimately a whole community. That is why we are committed to helping deliver clean water to villages along the Amazon through our community well projects and home water filtration units.

A $35 donation can change a family’s life by providing them with a gravity-fed filtration unit that can deliver up to 540 gallons of clean, drinkable water every day for year to come!

1Mission

One of the most basic needs for any family is to have a roof over their head and a place they can call home.  Sadly, for many impoverished families living in Puerto Penasco, Mexico this is not possible without some help. Given that, we have joined forces with 1Mission to help build houses alongside qualifying families who do not have a safe secure place to call home.

Consider joining us for one of our 5-day build trips or click the button below to help provide building materials for a 1Mission Build project.

The Jerusalem Institute of Justice has a mission to protect human rights and save lives in Israel. From JIJ’s beginning, they vowed to provide the very best legal services and promote initiatives that bring justice to Israel and the Middle East. They provide pro-bono legal aid in Israel for Christians and other minorities defending their legal rights and assisting them to integrate into Israeli society. We advocate for victims of prostitution and human trafficking, and support Holocaust Survivors.

Genesis 12:2-3 says, “‘I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.’”
