Elevate (grades 7-12) is a space where students come together to worship, build authentic relationships, and explore what it means to live boldly for Christ. Echo is our middle school ministry (grades 6–8), focused on creating a fun, welcoming space for students to encounter God, ask big questions, and echo His truth in their daily lives. Through weekly gatherings, small groups, worship nights, and special events, both ministries are committed to raising up a generation that knows Jesus deeply and lives out their faith passionately; going from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
The Now Generation represents a movement of young believers who are not just preparing to lead someday—they’re leading now. In today’s Church, this generation is passionate about building authentic relationships, boldly engaging culture, and living out their faith in real, everyday ways. We invest in this generation through four main quadrants: relate, engage, disciple and lead.
Our ministry pathway is designed to move students from the funnel to the field. The funnel represents our wide-reaching efforts to welcome and engage people, just as Jesus came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:9-10). We create intentional spaces where anyone can encounter God’s love and take their first steps in faith. But the journey doesn’t stop there. Jesus also said, “The fields are white unto harvest, but the laborers are few.” (John 4:35) As a church, we equip and empower students to step into the fields—both locally and globally—living out their faith through mission and ministry, bringing hope and restoration to a world in need.
We are committed to seeing a gospel movement of societal transformation happen through the progression of four key relational quadrants: Relate, Engage, Disciple, and Lead. We believe students are not only saved from their story but also saved for a Kingdom story. By building authentic relationships, fostering meaningful engagement, growing as disciples of Jesus, and stepping into leadership, we help individuals discover their God-given purpose. Our desire is to see the Now Generation not just grow in their faith but to do great exploits (Daniel 11:32) for their God, living out their Kingdom calling to impact the world around them.
We desire to see a movement of missional living that flows from the church into the community—impacting students and helping them grow as disciples of Jesus. Surge Groups are regular gatherings in homes across the city, where students can connect, build authentic relationships, and dive into conversations about who Jesus is and what it truly means to follow Him.
Upperroom is a space designed for students in grades 7–12 to dig deeper in their faith and learn how to live it out in everyday life. Each week, students will spend intentional time in Scripture, exploring both foundational theology and deeper biblical truths. It’s a place to ask questions, grow in understanding, and be equipped to follow Jesus with confidence and purpose.
We’re passionate about helping students discover and walk in their God-given purpose. Every student has unique gifts, and we’re here to help them grow and use those gifts through student-led teams like check-in, worship, student engagement and more.
Our D3 Student Summer Internship is a program focusing on helping interns DISCERN their calling, DEVELOP their gifts, and DEPLOY them into ministry. We will spend time learning together from some of the ministry leaders within MSC and getting hands-on ministry experience in different areas.
Our student ministry is designed to help students identify & use their grifts, experience discipleship, grow in their scriptural knowledge and have many opportunities to serve. From multiple student led teams, student leadership tracks, community groups, and summer internship programs, students have ample opportunity to grow in their faith and identify their unique giftedness God has given them.
