If you have an emergency situation that requires immediate assistance from a Care Leader, please call our offices at 719.495.6688 and select the Care Leader on Call option. Otherwise, for non-crisis situations, please call during regular business hours, Mon-Thur 8:30am-4:30pm.
We also offer support for engaged and newly married couples through mentoring relationships with other couples in our church. The mentor couples have worked through marriage issues of their own and are excited to come alongside engaged couples to help prepare them for marriage.
Ignite Marriage Ministry is dedicated to helping couples strengthen and enrich their marriages by focusing on the core principles that foster a healthy relationship. We understand that nurturing a deep connection with your spouse is essential, and our goal is to equip couples with the tools and insights needed to build a strong and loving marriage. Through our enrichment workshop, we’ll explore important topics such as the importance of belief, communication, grace, humility, and forgiveness.
Stephen Ministry at Mountain Springs Church provides confidential, one-on-one Christian care to individuals experiencing life’s difficulties. Trained and supervised volunteers offer emotional and spiritual support by meeting weekly with those in need. Through listening, prayer, and compassionate care, they help individuals navigate crises such as loss, illness, divorce, unemployment, and more.
This community resource list is a vital resource for residents, providing free and confidential assistance by connecting them to essential services and community programs. Whether someone needs help with housing, food, health care, or financial support, this offers information and referrals 24/7.
The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, reachable by dialing 988, offers immediate, confidential support to anyone in emotional distress or facing a mental health crisis. Available 24/7, this lifeline connects callers with trained counselors who provide compassionate care, crisis intervention, and resources to help navigate difficult times.
Renewal Prayer Ministry is a team of prayer volunteers who have agreed to pray for individuals requesting personal, extended prayer time. A prayer session typically lasts an hour and a half. A two- to three-person prayer team prays with an individual and invites the Holy Spirit to reveal areas that hinder their relationship with the Godhead (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) and other personal relationships. It has been our experience that most hindrances are rooted in past wounding, present fears, or false beliefs. As the Holy Spirit pours in the healing truths during connection with God, hindrances are removed. As a result, these truths will establish a child of God to walk in greater freedom, joy, and peace.
