An outdoor man at heart, Chris was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. As a family, they spent most of their free time doing outdoor activities in town as well as out in the wilderness. Basically, if Bear Grylls has tackled it, so has Chris. Chris and his wife Sarah have a blended family of 8 children, ranging from young adults down to littles. They spend their days watching kids play sports, planning their next family adventure and intentionally working to parent their kids in multiple seasons of life. Chris joined the Mountain Springs Church team in 2010 and is passionate about coming alongside of people to help them navigate through life’s challenges. He loves coaching, mentoring and missions work.
