Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Kara met her husband in youth group in 1996. Large families seem to be the norm among our team and Kara’s family contributes to it with five of their own kids, the youngest being twins. In their spare time, they love being outside hiking, swimming and watching their kids play sports. Joining our team in 2018, Kara loves help people feel connected and like they really do have a place to belong. She’s also the main person responsible for making our campus feel cozy at Christmas and full of life at Easter, which is a huge gift!
