Lance Witt brings over 40 years of church leadership experience, including roles as lead pastor at three churches and a significant seven-year tenure as executive and teaching pastor at Saddleback Church in Southern California. During his time at Saddleback, he led the influential 40 Days of Purpose campaign, which expanded to reach more than 25,000 churches globally. In 2007, Witt founded Replenish, a ministry focused on fostering healthy leadership through speaking, coaching, and writing. He has authored several books including “Replenish,” “High Impact Teams,” and “Your ONE Life”. Lance resides in Castle Rock, Colorado with his wife Connie of 45 years, near their two children and four granddaughters.
