One of my life-guiding scriptures is Ecclesiastes 7:18 “Plan as if you will live forever. Live as if you will die tomorrow.” ___________________________________________________ One of Randy’s callings is to catalyze difference-making teams. Coaching leaders is his current focus. His background includes C-suite executive leadership, launching businesses across diverse industries (software, space industry, multinational for-profit social enterprise), senior pastor (many years), church planter, non-profit leadership, professor, angel investor, and multiple patent holder. Randy grew up in idyllic rolling farmland east of Pittsburgh and as a result greatly enjoys the ‘groundedness’ of MSC’s culture. He married Louellen in 1978— two of the many freshman who catch eyes the first week of college. Their five children have taken turns living around the globe. This is cool but makes for a challenge getting the family together. Fortunately, travel is one their passions so junkets to visit children is a great excuse to keep things very fun and adventurous.
