Born and raised in Kentucky, Shelly started her Colorado adventure when her husband, Jerry accepted a job transfer to Colorado Springs in April of last year. She was excited for the move since her son and daughter-in-law live here. Four months ago, their grandson was born and they are over the moon to be first time grandparents. She feels so blessed to be surrounded by family. Knowing how important church community is, Shelly started praying before their move for God to lead her and her husband to a Spirit-filled Church where He wanted them to be. They attended MSC for the first time on Easter Sunday of last year. They knew after that first time attending that they had found their church home. Shelly joined the MSC team here in October 2022.
