We believe that we have all been created for a unique and wonderful purpose to impact our world for the glory of God. But because of sin there is a brokenness that exists in our hearts in some key foundational areas. We are committed to coming along side others to help restore these broken areas so they can thrive in every aspect of their life and lead others in the same way.

He is before all things and in Him all things hold together. | Col. 1:17

Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it until the day of Christ Jesus. | Phil. 1:9

We believe there are important steps to take when developing leaders. We coach and equip people through intentional ways.

INTIMACY WITH GOD

We were created to know God and to delight ourselves in Him. We want to help others find their true delight through a intimate, dynamic relationship with Jesus in a way that truly shapes their thoughts and actions.

SELF RESPECT

We want to help others embrace a healthy perspective of their own self worth and dignity so they can overcome their shame and live fully in the unique calling God has placed on their life.

HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS

We want to help others heal from their broken relationships so they can become true peacemakers, reconcilers, and servant leaders who love their families and others well.

IMPACT THEIR COMMUNITY

We want to help others be successful in their circumstances and lift them up to be difference makers in their community, so they can be shining lights and a voice of grace and truth in their social, economic, political and religious spheres of life.

DEVELOPING LEADERS

Amazon Jungle Pastors

We are committed to supporting 9 jungle pastors who work closely with our ministry partner Ray of Hope Amazon. Many of these men have left good paying jobs and comfortable lives to spread the Gospel and plant churches in some very remote areas of the rainforest that have never been reached before.

For as little as $100/month or $1,200/ year you can support one of these jungle pastors. In return you will receive periodic field reports from Ray of Hope Amazon about how your support is transforming lives in the Amazonian rainforest. through the work

Uncharted multiplies disciples in Myanmar, North Africa, Central Asia, and other unreached places by partnering with national believers. They provide spiritual, relational, and financial support to these pioneering Christian movements in overlooked communities.

m4 europe

M4 Europe is a church planting movement started in Norway in 2007. Their mission is to serve and equip national and regional leadership teams to help them plant, lead and multiply healthy, reproducing churches throughout Europe. Currently sixteen European nations have embraced their M4 team training process resulting in one church being planted every two weeks in countries such as Spain, Norway, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and the Ukraine.
